I have channelled some process to assist us in raising our frequency. When you raise your frequency you will be able to handle the energy shift much more easily. I will be posting a few to get you started as I have workshops to teach you this.
Psychic Hygiene
It is very important to have your energetics clean. When you do energy work always clear your energetics before you begin and after energy work. It is good to clear in the morning before you start your day and at night before you go to bed.
Here are some methods that you can choose to use:
Sit and visualize a golden rains shower coming down in and all around you washing all lower vibrational energy away to mother earth to be transmuted and reused. Stop the rain shower and see all of the gold energy leave your body with all excesses energy to leave a beautiful clear energetic system.
Sit and visualize that you are at a river, you walk into the river and lay and allow the rivers to wash all the lower vibrational energy from your energetics. Leavening you with clear energetics.
Sacred Cube for Igniting Your Life Force Energy
Find a place to have some quite time to your self. Light some candles. Sit with your spine straight. Close your eyes and grounding and center.
Call in your highest ascension guides to assist you in igniting your life force energy. Call forth the Arcturian Armoured Angels of light, the Arcturian medicine leagues of the light, and any light beings or guides that you wish to work with at this time. See you’re self in the sacred cube in the middle. Know you are safe at all times. Asked for the igniting life force energy liquid gel to fill the cube, you breathe with eases. Begin to take three slow deep breaths in from your nose, on the exhale breath out through your nose and pull your lower diaphragm in and up. Feel the beams connect to your head and fill your head and cover your brain with liquid gel, you might feel presser in you head and shoulders, the gel goes down to the spine and coats it all the way down to the very end of the tailbone. As this happens you feel the vital life force energy ignite and begin to build in the genital region. You feel your body getting warmer and warmer. Place your hands on your knees palms up; bring your awareness to your lower belly between the pubic bone and the belly button stay there for three minutes, do your deep breathing in through your nose, out through your nose while pulling your lower belly in and up. If your mind wanders bring it back, feel the heat in your belly, feel or see the beams of liquid gel filling the rest of your body up, when the liquid gel turns to pink/gold you are ready to raise the life force energy. Your middle fingers and thumbs are joined now, your tongue is tucked behind your bottom front teeth, keep breathing through your nose and let the body do what ever it needs to do. The energy starts to rise slowly up along the spine, over the brain and out your eyes, back down and enters through the sacral chakra down through the root chakra to Mother Earth to the healing energy line. Only do one cycle of this a day for twenty one days. Allow the beams to stop and the liquid gel to drain away to Mother Earth so she can recycle it. Thank your self, the Sacred Cube and all of the light beings that assisted you. Rub your hands together and place over your eyes and then rub your ears. Open your eyes and continue with your day.
